Aksteron Forte Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Akshay Pharma Remedies. It is used in the treatment of male infertility.
Ingredients
Ingredients of Aksteron Forte Tablet:
Each coated tablet contains-
- Gokshuradi churna – 200 mg – Gokshuradi Churna is an Ayurvedic medicine, in herbal powder form. It is used in the Ayurvedic treatment for urinary diseases and inflammation. This medicine is formulated based on Kerala Ayurvedic practice.
- Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera] – 75 mg
- Shuddha shilajitu [Asphaltum] – 50 mg
- Makaradhwaja – 25 mg – Makardhwaj Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in powder / tablet form. It is used in Ayurvedic anti aging and aphrodisiac treatment. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision.
- Malla sindura – 25 mg – Mallasindura is an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in powder / tablet form. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of Asthma and syphilis. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision.
- Micronized & potentised with Shalmali [Salalia malabarica] – 100 mg
Indication
Indication of Aksteron Forte Tablet:
- Functional disorders related to male reproductive system.
- Depressed libido.
- Low sperm count.
- Premature orgasm.
- Immune-compromised conditions.
Dose
Dosage of Aksteron Forte Tablet:
2 tablets twice daily.
The dosage may be adjusted/modified as per the severity of the disorder.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
