Ingredients of Baidyanath Badam Pak:
Almond – Badam – Prunus amygdalus – It is mainly used for the treatment of nerve disorder, general debility, to improve the memory power, sexual strength
Cow ghee – Gau Ghrit – It improves complexion, voice, nourishment, progeny, tenderness, luster, immunity, memory, intelligence, power of digestion.
Sugar candy – Mishri – Natural aphrodisiac.
Tin calx – Vang Bhasma – It improves taste, skin complexion and intelligence, strength and immunity.
Nutmeg – Jaiphal – Myristica fragrans – Aphrodisiac.
Javitri – Myristica fragrans
Trikatu – Long pepper (Piper longum), Black pepper (Piper nigrum), Ginger (Zingiber officinale).
Coral Calx – Prawal Pisti – It improves strength and immunity.
Cinnamon – Dalchini – Cinnamomum zeylanica
Tejpatra – Cinnamomum tamala
Cardamom – Ela – Elettaria cardamomum – Being an excellent anti oxidant, it is used in treating blood pressure, asthma, indigestion, dysuria etc.
Saffron – Kesar – Crocus sativus – It is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of acne, black head, diarrhea, skin diseases, impotency and acts as immunity enhancer and memory booster.
Vidarikand – Pueraria tuberosa – It is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of hepatic diseases, discoloration of the skin, fever, to improve the breast milk and as general tonic and improve the body mass.
Kaunch Beej – Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens – It is widely used in treating sexual and neurological disorders.
Safed Musli – Asparagus adscendens – It is a plant mentioned in Ayurveda for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, lack of libido and to improve the body stamina.
Salam Misri – Polygonatum verticillatum
Bamboo – Vamsha – Bambusa arundinacea – It has anti oxidant activity.

Dosage of Baidyanath Badam Pak:
2 to 3 teaspoonful with milk twice or thrice a day.
Or as directed by the physician.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

With Homeopathy and western medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
