Senovila Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Solumiks Herbaceuticals Limited. It is used in the treatment of Secondary amenorrhoea.
Senovila Tablet Ingredients
Each coated tablet contains ext. Of
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa Roxb – 200 mg – It is a uterine tonic.
Eranda – Castor – Ricinus communis – 200 mg
Nirgundi – Vitex negundo Linn.- 200 mg
Kapikachhu beeja – Mucuna pruriens – 100 mg – Aphrodisiac, useful in sexual and neurological disorders.
Vacha – Sweet flag – Acorus calamus Linn – 50 mg
Dhattur – Datura stramonium – 50 mg
Gajar beej – Carrot seed – Daucus carota – 20 mg – The seed of the carrot acts as an abortificant.
Talamuli – Black musli – Curculigo orchioides – 20 mg
Chitrak – Plumbago zeylanica – 10 mg – It increases Pitta dosha and useful in amenorrhoea.
Kanya sara – Aloe barbadensis – 75 mg – It improves ovulation changes and induces menstruation.
Praval Pishti – Coral calcium – 20 mg – It provides natural calcium and Vitamin C.
Vanga bhasma – Calx of Tin – 20 mg
Shuddha Shilajit – Asphaltum – 20 mg
Jasad bhasma – Zinc Calx – 5 mg
Indications
Secondary amenorrhoea (Excluding pregnancy)
and Oligomenorrhoea.
Contra indications:
Amenorrhoea due to pregnancy.
Dosage
In secondary Amenorrhoea: 2 tablets twice daily for 7 to 10 days (If menses do not occur, necessary investigations may be advised).
In oligomenorrhoea: 2 tables twice daily for 3 months.
Or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
