Herbadict tablet is used in the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. It is a prorpietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Muniyal Ayurveda Pharmaceuticals.

Uses of Herbadict Tablets:
- Protects vital organs of body like liver, kidney and brain from the toxic effects of alcohol and drugs.
- Repairs the cells of vital organs.
- Enhances memory and willpower.
- Minimizes withdrawal symptoms.
- Induces natural sleep pattern.
It is registered in Hungary and Europe as a para- medicine, being the first Ayurvedic medicine from India to have this distinction.
Dose
Dose:
2 tablets two or three times a day or as directed by physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

- Bhumyamalaki (Phylanthus niruri)- is hepatoprotective, hence protects the liver from the effect of alcohol.
- Bhringaraja (Eclipta alba)– is an anti-oxidant, repairs the damaged cells of the vital organs like liver and kidneys. It also corrects anaemia occurred due to chronic addiction.
- Katuki (Picrorrhisa kurroa)-is a liver stimulant, improves liver function, relieves metabolic disturbances.
- Jyothishmathi (Celestrus paniculatus)– corrects depressive mood disorder caused by drug addiction.
- Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) – acts as cyto-protective, improves will power to quit addiction.
- Rajatha bhasma – Calx of silver – acts as Medhya improving withdrawal symptoms.
- Kalamegha
- Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – a very good cardiac tonic and anti oxidant
- Amla (Embelica officinale) – a natural anti oxidant
- Katukarohini (Picrorrhiza kurroa) – Protects liver from the damages done by alcoholism.
- Mandoora bhasma – a natural Iron supplement
Diet To Follow
Have more of Ghee, coconut oil, Sunflower seed, almond,
taro root, flaxseed oil, soyabean, pistachio,
Broccoli, carrots, chard, nuts, papaya, pumpkin,
red peppers
Flax seeds, walnut, tofu, brussel sprout,
cauliflower, winter squash, fish oil, egg oil, krill oil, chia seeds, camelia
are fine to take.
Diet To avoid:
There are no diet restrictions. Please avoid all
types of junk foods, excessive non veg foods, try to avoid or limit alcohol and
smoking. Avoid aerated drinks.
Please prefer homemade food wherever possible.
Processed in Dashamoola kwatha – a very good anti inflammatory herbal decoction.
Side effects, storage
Side effects of Hearbadict Tablets:
- It is to be administered in a strict medical supervision only.
- Over dose may induce loose motion. Hence, not commonly used in people with diarrhea.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:
Store in a dry cool place, in an air tight container.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
