Uses
Penwel Capsules uses: As per the claims of manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Rheumatism, Rheumatoid arthritis, osteo arthritis, Spondylitis, Gout – arthritis.
Post viral fever, when the patient complains of body, muscle and joint pains
Bursitis,
Bursitis trochanterica,
Shoulder dislocation pain
Effect on dosha
Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata and Kapha.
Dose and duration of use
Penwel Capsules dose: Adults – 2 capsules three times a day, or as directed by physician.
How long to use? It can be used for 2 – 4 weeks, as directed by Physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Shallaki – Resin – Boswellia serrata – 150 mg
100 mg each of
Nirgundi – Vitex negundo
Maharasnadi Ghana – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine
Ashwagandha – Winter cherry/ Indian Ginseng (root) – Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.
20 mg each of
Lakshmi Vilas Ras
Mahayogaraja Guggul
Samirapannaga Ras – 10 mg

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It should be taken under strict medical supervision. Take this medicine only if your Ayurveda doctor has prescribed it to you.
Store in a cool dry place, in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight.
Use this medicine only till the prescribed time and in the prescribed dose only.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy, lactation and in children.
Over-dosage may cause gastritis, heart burn symptoms in people with sensitive stomach.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Hi , this is Vijay pawar.
Having a serious knee joint pain.
my age was 32 and I am having a issue with locking of right knee.in MRI we found “ganglion cyst” and doctors suggested the operation of knee joint to remove the cyst. But I didn’t opted for an operation. presently taking this medicine that our ayurvedic doctor suggested. I am facing the problem with the stiffness of shoulder. while using medicine its almost free the joints now .my question is how many months I have to take this medicine alone.
also I am using another medicine along with this one JODIT contains(hadjod,babool bark,arjuna,jyothismathi,shankhapushpi,akarakara).
please suggest me it will strengthen my knee joint from above medicines.my knee joints are very week and always do troubles when I pressured the knees.
Please help me in this one.
Hi, in a small dose of 1 capsule per day, it can be taken for up to 2 months time. After 2 months, a gap of one month is required before continuing it for next 2 months.
