Stonnewin Tablet is a proprietary Siddha medicine manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode – Tamil Nadu. It breaks renal stones and strengthens kidney.

Composition

Composition of Stonnewin Tablet:

Each 500 mg tablet contains –

  • Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 20 % – Useful in diabetes and urinary tract disorders.
  • Vibhitaki – Belleric myrobalan – Terminalia bellerica – 20 %
  • Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 20 %
  • Khadira – Acacia catechu – 7 % – Useful in diabetes and urinary tract disorders.
  • Asana – Pterocarpus marsupium – 7 % – It has anti-diabetic and anti-bacterial activities.
  • Urukku chendooram [P.M] – 6 % – It is a classical Siddha medicine used in the treatment of urolithiasis/renal & vesicular calculus/urinary calculi.
  • Silasathu parpam [P.M] – 10 % – It is a classical Siddha medicine used in the treatment of uro-genital disorders.
  • Nandukkal parpam [P.M] – 10 % – classical Siddha medicine
  • Kokilaksha – Asteracantha longifolia – q.s. – Useful in the treatment of difficulty in urination, kidney and bladder stones etc.
  • Ashmabheda – Aerva lanata – q.s. – It is a plant mentioned in Ayurveda for the treatment of renal calculi, retention of urine, cough and sore throat.

Dose

Dosage of Stonnewin Tablet:
1 – 2 tablets with tender coconut or Sirupeelai kudineer after food.
Or as directed by the physician.
