Dose and Duration
Dosage of Gerigold Forte Tablet:
2 tablets twice a day, or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Ingredients of Gerigold Forte Tablet:
Each coated tablet contains –
Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – 250 mg – Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera is one of the most powerful gifts of nature and Ayurveda to the humanity. Talk about Ayurvedic treatment for anxiety, leucoderma, depression, insomnia, weight gain, weight loss, immunity, muscle strength, body building, anti oxidants, sexual stimulant and so on… The herb does it all and more.
Amalaki – Embelica officinalis – 125 mg
Katuki – Picrorrhiza kurroa – 125 mg – Kutki – Picrorhiza kurroa is a powerful Ayurvedic herb used in treating mainly chronic fever, skin disorders and diabetes. It is also used in purgation (Virechana Panchakarma) procedure.
Arjuna – Terminalia arjuna – 125 mg
Shuddha shilajitu – Asphaltum – 20 mg
Swarnamakshika bhasma – 6.25 mg – Swarna Makshik Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from an ore of Copper and Iron Pyrite. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of diabetes, piles, skin diseases etc. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision.
Muktapisti – 6.25 mg
Swarna bhasma – 0.125 mg – Swarna Bhasma is prepared from Gold. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of infertility, asthma, tissue wasting, poisoning etc
Micronized & potentised with Guduchi – Tinospora codifolia – 250 mg

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
