- Shuddha shilajitu [Purified asphaltum] – 25 mg
- Jaiphal [Myristica fragrans] – 10 mg
- Vanga bhasma [Processed tin] – 10 mg
- Swarna bhasma [processed gold] – 2 mg – Purified and incinerated Gold acts as a powerful aphrodisiac, rejuvenative and anti ageing medicine.

Dose, duration of use
Dosage of Afrol Plus with Gold Capsule:
2 capsules a day with milk before bed time, or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This can be used for a period for 4 – 6 weeks time. After that, it is best to stop it.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?

Dr Hebbar, I started doing afrol and it’s my first day. I had it with milk before sleeping and I got up with abdominal pain after 3 hours of taking it. I think that was gastric, I took Eno and felt a little better. Do you suggestions to avoid such gastric/bloating?? Please advise!!
