Arsha Hita Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Shree Dhootapapeshwar Limited, Mumbai, India. It is used in treatment of haemorrhoids.
Uses and effect on dosha
Arsha Hita Tablet uses: It is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of bleeding and non bleeding types of hemorrhiods, itching in anal region, pain while passing stools.
It is an efficient formulation to reduce the complaints of Piles & related disorders. With ingredients like Shuddha Sarja Rasa, Arishtaka & Soorana. It reduces Bleeding & Itching in Piles.
Doctors also prescribed this for the treatment of
Anal fistula, to relieve pus formation, burning and itching sensation around anus area.
Effect on Tridosha – Balances Rakta, Pitta.
Dose and duration of use
Arsha Hita Tablet Dose: 2 – 3 tablets 2 – 3 times daily along with Myrolax Lite, Triphala Choorna, Abhayarishta or with lukewarm water or as per the disease condition.
How long to take? It can be taken for upto 1 month, based on doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
