Janocid tablet Is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, used in the treatment of gastric complaints. It is manufactured by Sri Jain Ayurvedic Pharmacy, Hyderabad, AP, India.

It is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Acid peptic disorders, constipation, gastritis, heart burn, dyspepsia,
Effect on Tridosha – It balances Pitta and Vata.
Dose and duration of use
Janocid Tablet dosage:
Adults: 1-2 tablets 2 times a day after meal or as directed by the physician
Children: Half the adult dose.
How long to take? It can be taken for upto 1- 2 months, based on doctor’s advice.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Jaharmohara Pishti – – Herbal processed Magnesium silicate – 10 mg
Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 40 mg
Patola – snake gourd – Trichosanthes cucumerica / Trichosanthes dioica – 100 mg

Side effects and precautions:
Men, undergoing infertility treatment should take this medicine only under medical supervision.
It i s best to avoid giving this medicine to children, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers.
In a very high dose, it may cause loose stools.
