Digestive supplement after indulgence in oily, fried or protein rich food.
Dosage
2 tablets twice a day before food as an appetizer or after food as a digestive.
Or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Panchalavana – Combination of 5 salts
Shuddha Vishamusti – Kupilu – Strychnos nux vomica – It improves taste and digestion strength.
Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – It increases digestion strength and relieves anorexia.
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum
Shankha bhasma – Conch shell Calx – It is useful in the treatment of gastritis, acidity, abdominal colic, malabsorption syndrome, dyspepsia, vomiting, nausea, acne, etc.
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – Improves digestion strength.
Navasadara – Ammonium chloride
Ajamoda – Ptychotis ajowan
Chitrakamoola – Leadwort – Plumbago zeylanica – Digestive, improves digestion power.
Sarjikshara – Sodium bicarbonate
Shuddha Hingu – Ferula asafoetida – Restores normal movement of Vata, useful in bloating, carminative and digestive.
Triphala – Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica
Yavakshara – Alkali preparation made with whole barley plant – Hordeum vulgare
Chavya – Piper chaba – It relieves abdominal pain, bloating, fullness and improves digestion strength.
Pippalimoola – Long pepper root – Piper longum – Improves digestion strength and taste.
Jeeraka – Cumin seed – Cuminum cyminum – Carminative, absorbent, improves digestion strength and taste.
Shuddha Tankana – Borax – It improves digestion power, relieves bloating.
Side effects of Realzyme Tablet
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
