Direction for Use

  • Empty the packet of Prosix Dosa mix in a vessel.
  • Add adequate water and mix the batter well.
  • Add vegetables and salt as per taste
  • Heat the pan on low flame
  • Spread the batter on a pan, cook from one side.
  • Once done, change side and cook for 2- 3 minutes
  • Serve hot with chutney.
