Ingredients
Amalaki – Phyllanthus emblica – 80.00 % – Improves immunity and helpful in diabetes.
Haridra – Curcuma longa – 10.00 % – It is the best anti inflammatory.
Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia -10.00 % – It is bitter in taste and used in treatment of diabetes.
Dosage
1 teaspoon, twice a day, before a meal or in the morning on an empty stomach.
If you are taking it twice a day, you can consume it 30 minutes before dinner or 2 hours after dinner.
