Tribulus – Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – It has diuretic and lithotryptic activities.Black Bitumen – Shilajatu – It is useful in the treatment of urinary tract infection and difficulty in urination.
Indian ginseng – Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera
Varuna – Crataeva nurvala – It has urolithic and diuretic activities.
Gorakh mundi – Sphaeranthus indicus
Ushira – Vetiveria zizanioides – Acts as diuretic, relieves dysuria, urinary retention, diabetes, urinary tract disorders etc.
Katuki – Picrorhiza kurroa – It has anti-bacterial activity.
Kanchanara – Bauhinia variegata
Saptaparna – Alstonia scholaris
Pashanabheda – Bergenia ciliate – It is used in the treatment of renal calculi, retention of urine, diseases of the vitiated Rakta and Pitta dosha.
Apamarga – Achyranthes aspera – It is an excellent diuretic. Hence useful in dysuria, urinary retention, water retention and urinary stones.
Chitraka – Plumbago zeylanica
Triphala –
Gooseberry – Amla – Emblica officinalis
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – It has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-cancer and reno-protective properties.
Belliric myrobalan – Vibitaki – Terminalia bellirica
Sadabahar – Lochnera rosea – It has anti-cancer, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant and diuretic properties.
Turmeric – Haridra – Curcuma longa
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – It is well known for its diuretic and swelling reducing activities.
Guggul – Commiphora wightii – It relieves pain and inflammation.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
