Licorice – Yashti – Glycyrrhiza glabra – It has anti-microbial, expectorant and anti-allergic properties.
Belliric myrobalan – Vibitaki – Terminalia bellirica – It has anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities.
Ginger – Shunti – Zingiber officinale – It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Pudina – Mentha piperita – Soothing and cooling effect.
Alum – Sphatika – Astringent and anti-septic.

Directions for use
Usage of Graggle Gargle
Gargle with 15 ml and expel after 30 seconds.
3 to 4 times a day or as directed by physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
Dos:
Steam inhalation of water recommended.
Avoid speaking too much to reduce strain on throat, talking in a low and soft pitch is advised.
Oil massage followed by hot fomentation over chest and back, especially in case of chest congestion.
Don’ts:
Avoid exposure to cold wind and rain.
Avoid cold water, refrigerated food items and ice cream.
Avoid smoking, tobacco chewing and exposure to chemicals, industrial fumes, pollen and dust.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
Side effects
Side effects of Graggle Gargle
There are no known side effects with this product.
However, it is best to use this product under medical supervision.
