Evanova Nutra Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Charak Pharma Pvt. Ltd. It is a dietary supplement with essential vitamins and minerals with excellent anti-oxidant support. It is enriched with herbal extracts, lycopene and amino acids.

Ingredients of Evanova Nutra Tablet
Soya – Glycine max – Good for bone health. Reduces frequency of hot flushes and vaginal dryness in menopausal women.
Ginseng extract – Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera – It has anti-oxidant, immuno-modulatory and anxiolytic effects.
Licorice – Yashti – Glycyrrhiza glabra – Phyto-estrogens in licorice is said to have mild estrogenic effect and eases symptoms of Pre-menstrual syndrome like irritability, bloating, breast tenderness etc.
Grape seed – Vitis vinifera – Reduces oxidative damage, improves bone health and supports brain functions.
Green tea – Camellia sinensis – Improves brain function and prevents cardiovascular diseases.
Folic acid
Flax seed oil – Atasi taila – Linum usitatissimum – It prevents atherosclerosis and improves brain functions.
Evening prime rose oil – Rosa damascena – Balances hormones, fights depression and has anti-oxidant property.
Lycopene, Vitamin E, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3 – Anti-oxidant, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, regulate bone mineral density.

1 to 2 tablets once or twice a day.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Dos:
Wear cotton sleepwear to ease discomfort from night sweats.
Develop a routine of physical exercises such as brisk walking, yoga and meditation.
Supplement daily meals with calcium rich products like dairy products, broccoli and legumes.
Include foods high in fiber, such as whole grain breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fresh fruitsand vegetables.
If overweight, cut down high intake of fat.
Cultivate a hobby to keep yourself productively occupied.

Don’ts:
Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol and excessive coffee and tea.
Cut down intake of foods high in salt and extra sugar.

With Homeopathy and western medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
