Bravobol Syrup – Ingredients, Indications, Dose, Side effects

Bravobol Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Ban Labs Pvt. Ltd. It is a natural brain booster, nervine tonic, memory booster, sleep inducer and has anxiolytic action.

Ingredients of Bravobol Syrup
Each 10 ml contains extract derived from
Shankhpushpi – Convolvulus pluricaulis – 100 mg – It is used to improve memory and intelligence, and useful in psychiatric disorders.
Tagar – Valeriana wallichii – 50 mg – It is useful to treat general debility, epilepsy, sleeplessness, psychiatric disorders etc.
Vacha – Acorus calamus – 50 mg – It improves speech, intelligence and more.
Sarpagandha – Rauwolfia serpentina – 50 mg – It has calming effect over mind and brain. It induces sleep. It also relieves excited state of mind.
Nagarmotha – Mustha – Cyperus scariosus – 20 mg
Long Pepper root – Pippalimool – Piper longum – 20 mg – It is hot, useful in asthma, indigestion, bloating, anorexia, cold, cough, low metabolism etc.
Neem – Nimba – Azadirachta indica – 10 mg
Rasna – Pluchea lanceolata – 10 mg – It is used for the treatment of pain, indigestion, gout, cough and general debility.
Bael root – Bivamool – Aegle marmelos – 10 mg
Rose – Gulab – Rosa centifolia – 10 mg – It has anti-depressant activity.
Indian ginseng – Ashwagandha – Withania somnifera- 100 mg – It used for the treatment of anxiety, depression, insomnia, general debility etc.
Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri – 100 mg – It is commonly known for its benefit in improving intelligence and memory, it is also an excellent anti-aging, anti-diabetic and anti-oxidant herb.
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 100 mg – It is useful in epilepsy, schizophrenia and neurological disorders.
Licorice – Yashti – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 100 mg – It has anti-oxidant, immuno-modulatory, anti-depressant and anti-aging properties.
Dashmool – roots of ten plants – 50 mg
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula – 50 mg
Malkangani – Jyothishmati – Celastrus paniculatus – 50 mg – It improves memory and intelligence.
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 50 mg
Jivanti – Leptadenia reticulata – 50 mg – It improves strength and immunity.
Giloy – Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – 25 mg
Flavored syrup – Q.S.

Dose

Dosage of Bravobol Syrup
5 to 10 ml, three times a day.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Habit forming?

Is this medicine habit forming? Does it create dependence? Can we stop it after a few months of usage?
This medicine is not habit forming. After using for the prescribed period, your doctor would gradually decrease the dose and eventually stop it. Follow your doctor’s instructions for gradual decrease of dose and stopping. Usually it does not cause any ill effects.

Diet to follow

Ghee, coconut oil, Sunflower seed, almond, taro root, flaxseed oil, soybean, pistachio,
Broccoli, carrots, chard, nuts, papaya, pumpkin, red peppers
Flax seeds, walnut, tofu, brussel sprout, cauliflower, winter squash, fish oil, egg oil, krill oil, chia seeds, camelia are fine to take.
There are no diet restrictions. Please avoid all types of junk foods and Sodas. Please prefer homemade food wherever possible.

Side effects

Side effects of Bravobol Syrup
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy, lactation period and in children.

With Homeopathy and western medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
