Ingredients of Dabur Stondab Syrup
Varuna – Crataeva nurvala – It is a famous diuretic herb, used to treat dysuria, renal calculi, intestinal worms etc.
Rakta punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – It is well known for its diuretic and swelling reducing activities.
Tribulus – Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – It has diuretic and lithotryptic activities.
Giloy – Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – It is used extensively in treatment for fever, diabetes, urinary tract disorders, cardiac disorders, anemia, jaundice etc.
Daruharidra – Berberis aristata–It has anti-spasmodic and anti-microbial activities.
Pashanabheda– Bergenia ligulata – It is used in the treatment of renal calculi, retention of urine, wounds, diseases of the vitiated Rakta and Pitta dosha.
Apamarga – Achyranthus aspera – It is an excellent diuretic. Hence useful in dysuria, urinary retention, kidney and bladder stones.
Shwet Parpati– It is an Ayurvedic medicine, used in the treatment of difficulty in urination, urinary calculi etc.
Asphaltum – Shilajatu–It is used to treat difficulty in urination, urinary tract infection etc.

1 to 2 teaspoon thrice a day.

However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
