Ingredients of Abhi Liv Syrup
Bhumyamalaki – Phyllanthus niruri – 500 mg – It is an important liver protecting Ayurvedic herb. It is used for the treatment of anemia, fever, inflammation of spleen and liver, jaundice etc.
Kalmegh – Andrographis paniculata – 250 mg–It is an Ayurvedic herb, used for the treatment of diseases of the liver, lack of appetite, fever and purification of the blood.
Katuki – Picrorhiza kurroa – 250 mg – It improves digestion and acts as a potent liver stimulant. Useful in restoration of liver functions after alcohol toxicity.
Rohitak – Tecomella undulata – 200 mg – It is used for the treatment of diabetes, jaundice, piles, indigestion etc.
Sharpunkha – Tephrosia purpurea – 200 mg – Useful in the treatment of hepatitis, cirrhosis, splenomegaly, fever etc.
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – 200 mg – It is one of the very important anti-inflammatory medicinal herbs.
Triphala – 100 mg
Gooseberry – Amla – Emblica officinalis
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula– It has anti-oxidant, hepato-protective, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and hypo-lipidemic activities.
Belliric myrobalan – Vibitaki – Terminalia bellirica – It has anti-oxidant and hepato-protective activities.
Long Pepper – Pippali – Piper longum – 25 mg
Syrup base – Q.S.

Adults: 10 ml twice daily.
Children above 3 years: 5 ml twice daily.
Or as directed by the physician.

This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

With Homeopathy and western medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
