Dabur Chyawanprash Awaleha is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Dabur India Ltd. It is used in general debility, debility in old age, cough, cold, bronchitis, phthisis, anemia etc.

Ingredients of Dabur Chyawanprash Awaleha
Gooseberry – Amalaki – Emblica officinalis – Of all the anti-aging herbs – Amla is the best.
Licorice – Yashtimadu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – Aphrodisiac, improves immunity, good for heart health, heals respiratory diseases.
Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri – It improves intelligence and memory. It is also an excellent anti-aging, anti-diabetic and anti-oxidant herb.
Bael – Bilwa – Aegle marmelos
Tribulus – Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – It is used for body building, to relieve diseases of uro-genital system and as an aphrodisiac.
Long Pepper – Pippali – Piper longum – It is a very good aphrodisiac and anti-aging spice.
Giloy – Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – It has immuno-modulatory and anti-pyretic activities.
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula
Country mallow – Bala – Sida cordifolia – Natural aphrodisiac, improves strength and immunity.
Malabar nut – Vasa – Adhatoda vasica – It has anti-tussive, broncho-dilatory, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial activities.
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa
Riddhi – Habenaria intermedia – It provides strength and vitality to the body.
Vriddhi – Habenaria edgeworthii
Meda – Polygonatum verticillatum

Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy, lactation period and in children. Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and Allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
