Ingredients of Jufa Sharbat
Draksha – Vitis vinifera – It is useful in the treatment of asthma, respiratory disorders involving difficulty in breathing, tuberculosis, chest injury, fever etc.
Ber fruit – Badara – Ziziphus mauritiana
Shleshmataka – Cordia dichotoma – It is used for the treatment of cough, asthma, skin diseases, fever etc.
Anjeer – Ficus carica
Bekh sosan
Licorice – Yashtimadu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.
Fennel – Mishi – Foeniculum vulgare
Celery – Ajmoda – Apium graveolens – It is used to improve digestion strength.
Jupha – Hyssopus officinalis – It has anti-asthmatic action.
Hansaraj – Adiantum capillus veneris
Bihidana – Cydonia oblonga
Anise – Pimpinella anisum
Fennel seed – Mishi – Foeniculum vulgare – Useful in chronic respiratory conditions leading to emaciation.
Flax seed – Alasi – Linum ustitissimum
Jatamansi – Nardostacys jatamansi – It balances all the three doshas, but has special effect on Pitta and Kapha.
Gojihva – Onosma bracteatum – It is used in the treatment of cough, cold, asthma and chronic respiratory disorders etc.
Marshmallow – Khatmi – Athaea officinalis – It is a very good immuno-modulatory herb. It has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory activities.

However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
