Black Pepper – Maricha – Piper nigrum – It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities.
Ginger – Shunti – Zingiber officinale – It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities.
Long Pepper – Pippali – Piper longum
Tumbal beej – Zanthoxylum acanthopodium – It is one of the herb used for brushing teeth.
Babul Chhal – Acacia arabica – It has anti-cancer, anti-fungal and anti-microbial activities.
Akarkara – Anacyclus pyrethrum – It is used for the treatment of gingivitis, oral ulcers, dental caries, pain in the tooth.
Neem Chhal – Nimba – Azadirachta indica – It has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities.
Camphor – Karpura – Cinnamomum camphora – It relieves mouth dryness, bad breath problem, tooth ache etc.
Clove oil – Lavanga Tel – Syzygium aromaticum – It has anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anesthetic and anti-bacterial activities.
