Panchamrit Loh Mandur is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Adarsh Ayurvedic Pharmacy. It is used in the treatment of anemia, jaundice, indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Iron Calx – Loha Bhasma– It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of anemia, gastric complaints, asthma, bronchitis etc.
Copper Calx – Tamra Bhasma– It is used in the treatment of Pitta and Kapha predominance diseases.
Purified Sulfur – Shudda Gandhaka
Purified Mercury – Shudda Parada
Mica Calx – Abhraka Bhasma – It is used in the treatment of digestive impairment, Malabsorption syndrome, asthma, bronchitis etc.
Ginger – Shunti – Zingiber officinale – It is used in the treatment of indigestion, asthma, anemia, chronic respiratory disorders.
Black Pepper – Maricha – Piper nigrum – It is useful in the treatment of recurrent fever, indigestion, asthma, chronic respiratory disorders.
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula– It is useful in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, anemia, splenomegaly, jaundice, chronic recurrent fever etc.
Gooseberry – Amalaki – Emblica officinalis
Nagarmotha – Cyperus rotundus– Of all the herbs useful as absorbent, digestive and carminative, Musta is the best.
Vidanga – Embelia ribes– It is useful in the treatment of worm infestation, indigestion, abdominal diseases etc.
Chitraka – Plumbago zeylanica– It is one of the powerful digestive and carminative herbs of Ayurveda.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.

Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
