Swas Chintamani Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Pvt Ltd. It is used in the treatment of asthma, cough, chronic respiratory diseases etc.

Ingredients of Shwas Chintamani Ras
Iron Calx – Loha Bhasma– It improves strength, immunity, digestive power and useful in gastric complaints, asthma, chronic respiratory diseases, emaciation etc.
Purified Sulfur – Shudda Gandhaka
Mica Calx – Abhraka Bhasma – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of asthma, urinary disorders, skin diseases etc.
Purified Mercury – Shudda Parada
Swarnamakshika Bhasma– It is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from an ore of Copper and Iron Pyrite. It balances kapha and pitta.
Pearl Calx – Moti Bhasma– Mukta Bhasma – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of cough, cold, asthma, digestive disorders etc.
Gold Calx – Swarna Bhasma– It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of infertility, asthma, tissue wasting, poisoning etc.
Kantakari ras– Solanum xanthocarpum – It is used widely in the treatment of cough, cold, asthma and such other respiratory tract conditions.
Ginger juice – Ardraka ras – Zingiber officinale– It balances kapha and useful in productive cough, asthma, chronic respiratory disorders.
Goat milk – Useful in respiratory disorders.
Licorice decoction – Yashtimadhu – Glcyrrhiza glabra – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.

Dosage of Shwas Chintamani Ras
125 to 250 mg twice a day along with Vibitaki churn and honey.
Or as directed by the physician.

This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
Side effects
Side effects of Shwas Chintamani Rasa
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
