Ingredients of Baidyanath Thandai Sharbat:
Almond – Vatada – Prunus amygdalus – It is mainly used for the treatment of nerve disorder, general debility, to improve the memory power and increase the sexual vigor.
Musk Melon seeds – Kharbuja – Cucumis melo – It possess anti tussive, anti-pyretic, anti-helminthic and digestive properties.
Water Melon seeds – Citrullus lanatus – Seeds of watermelon are coolant, diuretic and nutritive in nature.
Rose petals – Shatapatri – Rosa indica – Coolant, improves digestion strength and relieves excessive thirst.
Black Pepper – Maricha – Piper nigrum
Cardamom – Elaichi – Elettaria cardamomum – It has anti-oxidant activity.
Nutmeg – Jaiphal – Myristica fragrans – It improves taste and digestion strength.
Saffron – Kesar – Crocus sativus – It acts as immunity enhancer and memory booster.

Dosage of Baidyanath Thandai Sharbat:
One-part thandai mix with 4 part of ice cool milk and drink.

Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
Can this product be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
