Triphala –
Gooseberry – Amla – Emblica officinalis – It is very ideal for the purpose of weight loss that is due to its Hypo-lipidemic properties.
Chebulic myrobalan – Haritaki – Terminalia chebula
Belleric myrobalan – Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellerica
Turmeric – Haldi – Curcuma longa – It prevents excess fat accumulation in fat cells & tissues.
Hibiscus – Japa – Hibiscus rosa-sinensis – It helps lower high blood pressure and regulates metabolism.
Vilayati Imli – Garcinia cambogia – It contains bioactive compound, Hydroxy citric acid (HCA) that helps to reduce production of excess fat.
Usage
Usage of Baidyanath Trim Tea:
Immerse one tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water.
Let it stand for 5 minutes and filter.
(Add sugar/sweetener to taste, if needed)
