Green Tea – Camellia sinensis – It contains many anti oxidants that may help reduce inflammation in the lungs.
Licorice – Mulethi – Glycyrrhiza glabra – Good expectorant, expels phlegm from lungs, heals respiratory diseases.
Saffron – Kesar – Crocus sativus – It acts as immunity enhancer and memory booster.
Basil – Tulsi – Ocimum sanctum – It has immuno-modulating, anti viral, anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Clove – Lavanga – Syzygium aromaticum – It is the best anti oxidant spice, helps ease irritation in throat and air passage.
Long pepper – Pippali – Piper longum – It has immuno-stimulant, anti mycobacterial, anti oxidant and anti microbial activities.
