Patanjali Divya Vrikkdoshhar Kwath Powder is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved Limited. It is used in the treatment of stones, deposited in kidney, urine bladder and gall bladder.

Ingredients of Patanjali Divya Vrikkdoshhar Kwath Powder:
Dhak – Palasha – Butea monosperma
Pitpapra – Parpataka – Fumaria indica
Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa – It is well known for its diuretic and swelling reducing activities.
Pashanbhed – Saxifraga ligulata – It is used in the treatment of renal calculi, retention of urine, wounds, diseases of the vitiated Rakta and Pitta dosha.
Varun – Crataeva nurvala – It is a famous diuretic Ayurvedic herb. It is used extensively in migraine, dysuria, renal calculi, intestinal worms etc.
Kulthi – Horse gram – Dolichos biflorus – It is an ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of kidney stones, cough, asthma, piles etc.
Apamarg – Achyranthes aspera – It is an excellent diuretic. Hence useful in dysuria, urinary retention, water retention and urinary stones.
Kasni – Cichorium intybus
Pippal – Ficus religiosa
Neem – Nimba – Azadirachta indica – It has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and wound healing properties.
Makoy – Kakamachi – Solanum nigrum – Useful in diabetes and urinary tract disorders.

Dosage and Usage

Dosage and usage of Patanjali Divya Vrikkdoshhar Kwath Powder:
Mix 5 – 10 g of kwath powder in around 400 ml water and boil it, till residue is 100 ml. Filter it and take empty stomach in the morning, one hour before dinner or before going to sleep.
Or as directed by the physician.

Side effects

Side effects of Patanjali Divya Vrikkdoshhar Kwath Powder:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
