Ingredients of Patanjali Spirulina Capsules with Ashwagandha:
Each 500 mg Contains – 
Shaivaal – Spirulina – Spirulina platensis – 300 mg – It improves the calcium content of bones and helps in callous formation because of phosphorus and essential amino acids; besides it contains antioxidants like- vitamin C, beta carotene, zinc, vitamin A, E and selenium.
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 180 mg – It improves body nourishment, strength and immunity.
