Patanjali arjuna amla juice is a proprietary Ayurvedic product manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved Limited. It is very effective in controlling all kinds of cardiac problems.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Patanjali arjuna amla juice:
Amla Fruit – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – It is good for heart. It has anti-diabetic activity.
Arjun chaal – Terminalia arjuna – It decreases LDL levels, and is also an excellent anti oxidant. It strengthens heart, useful in angina and high blood pressure. 
Citric Acid (Anhydrous) – It acts as cardiac tonic.
Potassium Sorbate (Food Grade)
Sodium Benzoate (Food Grade)

Indications of Patanjali arjuna amla juice:
Hypertension
Hypercholesterolemia
Coronary artery disease
Angina
Constipation

Dose

Dosage of Patanjali arjuna amla juice:
Age (5 – 12 years) – 2 spoons with equal quantity of water, empty stomach in the morning and in the evening.
Age (13 and above years) – 4 spoons with equal quantity of water, empty stomach in the morning and in the evening.
Or as directed by the physician.

Side effects and precautions

Side effects of Patanjali arjuna amla juice:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?

Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

Can this medicine be continued while taking supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

With western medicines

Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic / modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take Allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then take the Ayurvedic medicine.
