Patanjali Pachak Jeera Khatti Mithi Goli is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Patanjali Ayurved Limited. It is useful in loss of appetite, gas, bloating and indigestion.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Patanjali Pachak Jeera Khatti Mithi Goli:
Jeeraka – Cumin seed – Cuminum cyminum – Useful in the treatment of abdominal tumor, bloating, gaseous distension of abdomen, worm infestation etc.
Samudra Lavana – Sea salt – All the salts, by nature increase Pitta dosha. But sea salt does not increase Pitta to a large extent, due to its slight sweet taste.
Sauvarchala Lavana – Black salt – It brings about clarity to channels and useful in abdominal tumors, bloating, abdominal colic etc.
Saindhava Lavana – Rock salt – It improves appetite, removes intestinal and abdominal gases, cramps, and soothes heartburn.
Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – Because of its Chedana (cutting) and (Shoshana) drying effects, it increases digestion strength and balances Kapha and Vata Dosha.
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – It has all qualities of a typical spice like useful in indigestion, asthma, cough etc. 
Dhanyaka – Coriander – Coriandrum sativum – Useful in the treatment of worm infestation, anorexia, indigestion etc.
Citric acid – It is widely used for treating abdominal colic, digestive disorders, piles etc.
Amra – Dried mango powder – Mangifera indica – It improves taste.
Sharkara – Sugar
