Maha Vasantha Kusumakaram is a classical Siddha bhasma in tablet form, manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode – Tamil Nadu. It is used in the treatment of vatha & kapha disorders.

Thanga parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 % – It is a rejuvenator & an aphrodisiac.
Muththu parpam – 9.09 % – It is a classical Siddha medicine used to treat pitta disorders.
Appiraka parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 %
Velvanga parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 % – It is used in the treatment of vatha disorders.
Gandhaka parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 % – It is used to treat various skin disorders.
Aya parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 %
Pavazha parpam – It is a classical Siddha medicine – 9.09 %
Kantha parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 %
Ponnimilai parpam – It is a classical Siddha medicine – 9.09 %
Thamira parpam – A prepared siddha medicine – 9.09 %
Suddhi seidha karunabi – Shuddha Vatsanabha – Aconitum ferox – q.s.

6 Surangal & manakkalakkam (fevers & depression) Black pepper (milagu) & sugar (sarkarai) powder.
7 Seriyamai piththam (bilious indigestion) Cow’s ghee (pasu nei).

Dose

1 pill with suitable adjuvant after food twice daily.

  • Should be taken under strict medical supervision.

Habit forming

Is this medicine habit forming? Does it create dependence? Can we stop it after a few months of usage?
This medicine is not habit forming. After using for the prescribed period, your doctor would gradually decrease the dose and eventually stop it. Follow your doctor’s instructions for gradual decrease of dose and stopping. Usually it does not cause any ill effects.
