Ingredients

Ingredients of Vayu Chooranam:
Chukku – Ginger – Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 10 % – It improves digestion strength and taste.
Milagu – Black pepper – Maricha – Piper nigrum – 10 % – Useful in indigestion, anorexia, bloating, worm infestation etc.
Thippili – Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 10 % – Improves digestion strength and causes purgation.
Omam – Yavani – Carom seed – Trachyspermum ammi – 10 %
Karunseeragam – Krishna jeeraka – Black caraway – Nigella sativa – 10 %
Perungayam – Hingu – Ferula asafoetida – 10 % – Carminative, digestive and useful in bloating, worm infestation, constipation, abdominal colic etc.
Sathikkai – Jathiphala – Nutmeg – Myristica fragrans – 10 % – Digestive, appetizer.
Kadukkaithol – Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 10 %
Indhuppu – Saindhava lavana – Sodium chloride [impura] – 10 %
Seeragam – Cumin – Jeeraka – Cuminum cyminum – 10 % – It is very good in treating digestive track disorders.

Dose

Dosage & Adjuvants of Vayu Chooranam:
1 – 2 g with hot water after food twice a day.
