Diet

Avoid deep fried foods, heavy-to-digest non veg foods, fast foods and aerated drinks, smoking and excess alcohol. These can irritate stomach and intestinal lining. These also may increase Tridosha.

Composition of Synwin Capsule:

Each 500 mg capsule contains –

• Bhallathaka – Marking nut – Semecarpus anacardium – 14.63 % – It relieves inflammation, skin diseases and induces quick wound healing.
• Tuvaraka – Hydnocarpus kurzi – 13.67 % – It is an ancient Ayurvedic herb used mainly in the treatment of skin diseases.
• Madhusnuhi – Smilax china – 13.67 % – It is a plant mentioned for the treatment of cancer, syphilis, skin diseases, constipation, urine retention, disease of joint etc. 
• Abhrapushpa – Calamus rotang – 2.73 %
• Krishna jeeraka – Black caraway – Nigella sativa – 2.73 %
• Jeeraka – Cumin – Cuminum cyminum – 2.73 %
• Vacha – Sweet flag – Acorus calamus – 2.73 % – It improves intelligence, speech, voice tone and quality.
• Neeli – Indigofera aspalathoides – 2.73 % – It is used for the treatment of fever, liver and spleen disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, grey hairs etc. 
• Kundali – Azima tetracantha – 2.73 %

• Yashada bhasma – Purified zinc sulfate – 0.17 %
• Tila – Sesame – Sesamum indicum – 2.73 % – Improves the quality of skin and hair. Improves overall strength. 
• Taala – Borassus flabellifier – 13.67 %% – It has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial activities.
• Neeli – Indigofera tinctoria – q.s.
• Ghrita – Ghee – q.s.

Dose

Dosage of Synwin Capsule:
1 – 2 capsules with buttermilk, after food.
