Iqwin Capsule is a proprietary Siddha medicine manufactured by SKM Siddha & Ayurveda Company India Ltd., Erode – Tamil Nadu. It is an excellent brain tonic which helps to concentrate, remember and relax.

Composition of Iqwin Capsule:
Each 500 mg capsule contains –

  • Mandookaparni – Gotu kola – Centella asiatica – 23.80 % – It improves intelligence and memory.
  • Brahmi – Bacopa monnieri – 23.80 % – Useful in the treatment of lack of memory, loss of concentration, speech problems in children etc.
  • Vacha – Sweeet flag – Acorus calamus – 4.76 % – It improves speech, intelligence, voice and more.
  • Jyothishmati – Celastrus paniculatus – 4.76 % – It has nootropic activity.
  • Bala – Country mallow – Sida cordifolia – 4.76 %
  • Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 4.76 % – It is widely used in treating anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, adrenaline fatigue.
  • Aparajita – Clitoria ternatea – 4.76 % – It is mainly used as a brain tonic.
  • Jatamamsi – Spikenard – Nardostachys jatamansi – 4.76 % – It is a famous Ayurvedic herb used in neuro-psychiatric diseases. 
  • Guduchi – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 4.76 %
  • Peeta bringa – Wedelia calandulaceae – 4.76 %

Dose

Dosage of Iqwin Capsule:
1 – 2 capsules with milk, after food.

Habit forming

Is this medicine habit forming? Does it create dependence? Can we stop it after a few months of usage?
This medicine is not habit forming. After using for the prescribed period, your doctor would gradually decrease the dose and eventually stop it. Follow your doctor’s instructions for gradual decrease of dose and stopping. Usually it does not cause any ill effects.
