Ingredients of Muthu Parpam:
Thulai idapadatha muthu – Kaparda – Pinetada margarittifera – 100 % – It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of indigestion, boils, Pitta diseases etc.
Vellai saaru/velai samoola saaru – Gadabani – Trianthema decandra – q.s. Vellerukkan samoola saaru – Arka – Calotropis procera – q.s. – It improves digestion strength.
Aththi elai saaru – Udumbara – Ficus racemosa – q.s. – It increases Kapha but decreases Pitta Dosha and useful in blood vitiated disorders.
Marudha elai saaru – Arjuna – Terminalia arjuna – q.s. – It balances Kapha Pitta Dosha.
Indication
Indication of Muthu Parpam:
- Night blindness
- Biliousness
- Chronic diarrhea
- Moolam
- Nervous disorders
- Chronic fever
- Excessive body heat.
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Muthu Parpam:
50 – 100 mg twice daily with suitable adjuvant after food.
Or as directed by the physician.
