Ingredients of Vallaarai Legiyam:
Vallarai – Mandookaparni – Centella asiatica – 50 % – It improves intelligence, memory and useful in skin diseases.
Panai vellam – Taala – Borassus flabellifer – 50 % – It is an Ayurvedic herb used for the treatment of difficulty in micturition, general debility, diarrhea, psychiatric conditions, hepatomegaly and acidity.
Thenkai paal – Narikela dugdha – Coconut milk – Cocos nucifera – q.s. – It is an instant energy booster. It is rich with carbohydrate, proteins and fats.
Pasu nei – Go dugdha – Cows milk – Bos indicus – q.s.
Thein – Madhu – Honey – Apis mellifera – q.s.

Indication of Vallaarai Legiyam:
- It improves gnana baga sakthi/ ninaivu thiram [memory power].
- Effective in 21 types of Megam, yoni puttru [cervical & vaginal cancer], saruma noigal [skin diseases].
- Acts as an udal thettri [convalescent tonic].
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Vallaarai Legiyam:
2 – 4 g with milk after food 2 – 3 times a day.
Or as directed by the physician.

Side effects of Vallaarai Legiyam:
- There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
- Should be taken under medical supervision.
- Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
