Ingredients of Vaankumari Legiyam:
Jadhipaththiri – Jatipatra – Nutmeg – Myristica fragrans – 0.11 % – It is an aphrodisiac, digestive tonic, very useful even with external application in case of headache, useful in cough, cold, asthma and more. 
Lavangapattai – Twak – Cinnamon – Cinnamomum zeylanicum – 0.11 % – It improves digestion strength, is useful in diabetes, high cholesterol, its oil is applied externally for premature ejaculation and insect bites.
Elam – Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 0.22 %
Seeragam – Jeeraka – Cumin – Cuminum cyminum – 0.22 % – Cumin seed is very good in treating digestive track disorders.
Milagu – Maricha – Black pepper – Piper nigrum – 0.45 % – It improves taste and digestion strength.
Kattralaiver – Kumari – Aloe vera – Aloe barbadensis – 40.90 %
Sarkkarai – Sita – Sugar candy – Saccharum officinarum – 40.90 %
Pasunei – Ghrita – Ghee – Bos indicus – 11.36 %

2 – 4 g with water after food 2 – 3 times a day.
