Ingredients of Varma Kudineer Chooranam:
Chundai ver – Bruhati – Solanum torvum – 20 % – It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory activities.
Adathodai ver – Vasa – Malabar nut – Adhatoda vasica – 20 %
Sadhaveri – Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 20 %
Sandanam – Chandana – Sandal wood – Santalum album – 20 % – Detoxifies blood, useful in bleeding disorders.
Kostam – Kushta – Saussurea lappa – 20 %

Indication of Varma Kudineer Chooranam:
- Adipatta veekam [traumatic swelling]
- Vali [pain]
- Esivu [muscular spasm]
- Ratha kattu [contusion]
- Varma vali
- Varma pidippu [all types of Varma disorders]
- Ulkayam [internal injuries]
- Muchu pidippu [difficulty in breathing due to internal injuries].
Dose
Dosage & Adjuvants of Varma Kudineer Chooranam:
- Take 5 g of the powder mix it with 400 ml of water, boil & reduce to 30 – 40 ml. and take it twice daily after food, or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
