Dahasamani Herbal Powder: Uses, Dose, Ingredients, Side effects

Dahasamani Herbal Powder is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Group. It is excellent for cooling the body, purifying the blood and improving digestion.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Dahasamani Herbal Powder:
Pathmaka – Patranga – Sappan wood – Caesalpinia sappan – 10 g – It is a very good anti oxidant and anti inflammatory agent. Useful in treating burning sensation, as in gastritis, neuropathy, burning sensation in eyes etc.
Karingali – Khadira – Acacia catechu – 25 g – It is a very famous skin benefiting Ayurvedic herb. And it balances Kapha and Pitta doshas.
Ramacham – Ushira – Vetiver – Vetiveria zizanioides – 5 g – It is widely used in treating fever, dysuria, burning sensation, fatigue syndrome, skin disorders etc.
Chandanam – Sandal – Santalum album – 2 g – It is a coolant, very useful in gastritis, burning sensation in hands and feet.
Naruneendi – Sariva – Indian sarsaparilla – Hemidesmus indicus – 4 g – Useful in low digestion strength and skin diseases.
Chukku – Shunti – Dry Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 4 g

Indications

Indications of Dahasamani Herbal Powder:
Thirst,
Dryness of mouth,
Fatigue,
Distaste,
Reduces body heat.

Dose, duration of use

Dose:
One teaspoonful of Dahasamani into 1 Liter of water.
Boil for a few minutes. Cool it and taken orally. Once or as directed by the physician.

Duration of use:
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Side effects, precautions

Side effects:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.                                               
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy, lactation period and in children.
