Ingredients
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – It improves immunity and strength.
Shilajeet – Asphaltum – From body building, to treating disorders such as diabetes, asthma etc, shilajit is very commonly used.
Amrutha – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia Wall. – It is a well known immuno-modulatry herb, useful in autoimmune diseases.
Lata Kasturi – Musk mallow – Hibiscus abelmoschus Linn – It has anti-oxidant, anti-proliferative and anti-microbial properties.
Siddhamakardwaj – Ayurvedic medicine – It is used for rejuvenation and anti-aging treatment.
Nagakeshar – Mesua ferrea
Safed musali – Chlorophytum borivilianum – Nutritious, anti aging, causes cell and tissue rejuvenation.
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – Aphrodisiac, rejuvenative and improves nourishment.
Konch kee Beej – Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens – It improves strength, immunity and nourishment.
Loha Bhasma – Iron Calx – It improves strength, immunity, skin texture, complexion, memory, intelligence, digestive power and acts as natural aphrodisiac.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
