Vasoril Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Atrimed Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. It is used in the treatment of Peripheral Vascular Disorder.
Vasoril Capsule Ingredients
Guggulu – Commiphora mukul – 200 mg – It lowers cholesterol level. It is a potent anti inflammatory herb, so it is helpful to relieve pain in muscles, joints, ligaments and bones.
Pippali – Long pepper – Piper longum – 25 mg – Balances Kapha and Vata Dosha.
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 50 mg
Manjishta – Indian madder – Rubia cordifolia – 150 mg – It is a well known blood purifying herb.
Kulattha – Hoarse gram – Dolichos biflorus – 25 mg – It has anti-oxidant and anti-obesity properties.
Shigru – Drumstick – Moringa oleifera – 25 mg
Paribhadra – Erythrina indica – 25 mg – It reduces cholesterol, useful in obesity treatment.
Indications
Peripheral vascular disorders,
Thrombo emboli,
Vascular headache,
Lipid disorders.
Dosage
1 – 2 Capsules twice daily,
or as directed by the physician
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
