Sukhda Churna is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Chirayu Pharmaceuticals. It is used in the treatment of Constipation.
Sukhda Churan Ingredients
Contains
Shunti – Ginger – Zingiber officinale – 8% – It improves taste, digestion strength and relieves constipation.
Yavani – Carom seed – Trachyspermum ammi – 8% – It relieves abdominal colic pain, worm infestation and bloating.
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 10% – It helps in normalizing bowel movements and improves digestion strength.
Ajwayan – Trachyspermum ammi – 5%
Navasara – Ammonium Chloride – 2%
Swarnapatri – Indian senna – Senna alexandrina Mill – 48% – It is mainly used as blood purifier, laxative – for relieving constipation.
Lavana – Salt – 17% – It improves taste, digestion strength and relieves bloating, constipation.
Gulab – Rose – Rosa indica – 2% – Anti-spasmodic, digestive stimulant, improves digestion strength.

1/2 – 2 tsp with lukewarm water at bedtime,

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Better to use for 2 months, then give a month gap and then continue again for two monhs.
I use sukhda churna and get best result. Can I use it life long .
