Stresszen Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by ZEN Labs Pharmaceuticals. It is used in the treatment of migraine, stress.

Stresszen Capsule Ingredients


Each 500 mg capsule contains powders of
Ashwagandha – Indian ginseng – Withania somnifera – 250 mg – It is widely used in treating anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome and adrenaline fatigue syndrome etc.
Bramhi – Bacopa monnieri – 50 mg – It is useful in high B.P., depression, sleep disturbances, insomnia, phobia, nervousness and controls stress and anxiety.
Shankapushpi – Convolvulus pluricaulis – 50 mg – It improves memory, intelligence, induces sleep and useful in treating psychiatric disorders.
Vidarikanda – Pueraria tuberosa – 50 mg – Aphrodisiac, improves strength and immunity.
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 50 mg – It supports female health from menarche to menopause, conception to postpartum, and any hormonal imbalance. It improves sperm and semen quantity and quality.
Jyotishmati – Celastrus paniculatus – 25 mg – It has nootropic activity, improves memory and intelligence.
Swarna makshika Bhasma – Ayurvedic medicine – 25 mg – It has bitter, sweet principles, aphrodisiac and anti aging properties.

Indications


Anxiety Neurosis
Premenopausal syndrome
Insomnia
Mild to moderate hypertension
Decreased concentration
As adjuvant in premature ejaculation, Diabetes mellitus

Dosage

1 to 2 capsules twice or thrice a day.
Or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Diet To Follow

Have more of Ghee, coconut oil, Sunflower seed, almond, taro root, flaxseed oil, soyabean, pistachio,
Broccoli, carrots, chard, nuts, papaya, pumpkin, red peppers
Flax seeds, walnut, tofu, brussel sprout, cauliflower, winter squash, fish oil, egg oil, krill oil, chia seeds, camelia are fine to take.

Diet To avoid:
There are no diet restrictions. Please avoid all types of junk foods, excessive non veg foods, try to avoid or limit alcohol and smoking. Avoid aerated drinks.
Please prefer homemade food wherever possible.

Stresszen Capsule Side Effects


There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Habit forming

Is this medicine habit forming? Does it create dependence? Can we stop it after a few months of usage?
This medicine is not habit forming. After using for the prescribed period, your doctor would gradually decrease the dose and eventually stop it. Follow your doctor’s instructions for gradual decrease of dose and stopping. Usually it does not cause any ill effects.
