Amla – Gooseberry – Phyllanthus emblica – 8 g – It helps in keeping digestive system on track throughout the day and accelerates metabolism.
Pudina leaves – Mentha piperita – 7 g
Aliwa – Olive – Olea europaea – 3 g
Satar Patti – 8 g
Sarphunka – Tephrosia purpurea – 7 g – Acts as blood detoxifier and useful in liver disorders.
Kadvi Jiri – Black Cumin – Centratherum anthelminticum – 3 g – Indicated in hyper-lipidemia.
Gulab Patti – Rosa gallica – 4 g – It has blood tonic, cleansing and digestive stimulant properties.
Lahori Salt – Himalayan Salt – 8 g
Indian Jalap – Trivrit – Turpeth Root – Operculina turpethum – 3 g – Because of its strong, pungent and piercing nature, it helps in losing weight.
