Siddharthaka Snana Choorna Uses, Ingredients, Dose, Side Effects

Siddharthaka Snana Choorna is Ayurveda medicine in powder form. It is used in the treatment of Pimples. Though it is commonly used as a bathing powder, it can also be used for internal administration to induce Vamana or Virechana.

Siddharthaka Snana Choorna Ingredients

Musta – Nut grass – Cyperus rotundus – It has anti-microbial activity.
Madanaphala – Emetic nut – Randia dumetorum – Relieves inflammation and helps in quick wound healing.
Haritakki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – It helps to improve skin complexion.
Vibhitaki – Belleric myrobalan – Terminalia bellirica
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Phyllanthus emblica – It improves skin complexion and useful in skin diseases.
Karanja patra – Pongamia pinnata – It relieves inflammation and useful in skin diseases.
Saptaparna patra – Alstonia scholaris – It is widely used in skin diseases.
Indrayava – Conessi seed – Holarrhena anti-dyseneterica – Useful in skin diseases including herpes.
Daruharidra – Indian berberi – Berberis aristata – It has anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties.
Aragvadha Patra – Cassia fistula – It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities.

Eczema,
Psoriasis,
Skin diseases.

Usage

Mix with water and use as bathing powder.
Or as directed by the physician.

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
