Rumalar Capsule Ingredients
Shudda Guggul powder AB – Commiphora wightii – 100 mg – It is a potent anti-inflammatory herb, so it is helpful to relieve pain in joints, ligaments, muscles and bones.
Devadar Powder AB – Cedrus deodara – 50 mg – It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Rasna Powder AB – Vanda roxburghii – 60 mg – It has anti-inflammatory property.
Erandmool Powder AB – Castor root – Ricinus communis – 40 mg – It has anti-inflammatory property.
Haridra AB – Turmeric – Curcuma longa – 20 mg – It has anti-inflammatory and immuno-modulatory properties.
Ajmodadi AB – 20 mg
Guduchi AB – Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia – 20 mg – It is a well known immuno-modulator herb used in the correction of auto-immunity.
Rasonadi AB – Garlic – Allium sativum – 20 mg – It is used in treatment of fractures and to strengthen bones.
Kadu AB – 30 mg
Maha rasanadih ghan AB – 30 mg – It helps to balance the Vata in body, so helps in reducing the pains of joints.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
