Pylsact Ointment is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Millennium Herbal Care Ltd. It is used in the management of ano-rectal disorders.

Effective hemo-styptic and astringent action to arrest bleeding and itching and also helps to cast off pile mass.
Effective cooling and soothing action to provide relief from burning sensation.
Potent safe anti-inflammatory and analgesic action relieves pain.
Anti-bacterial action treats infection at ano-rectal site.
Repairs damaged tissues and augments healing.

Indications

External & internal hemorrhoids – bleeding piles.
Anal fissures
Fistula-in-ano.

Direction for use

To be applied 3-4 times a day over the affected area.
Or to be applied after every evacuation.
Or as directed by the physician.

How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.

Arka – Calotropis procera – 2.89 % – It reduces pain, itching and size of the pile mass.
Snuhi – Euphorbia neriifolia – 2.89 % – It has anti-microbial and wound healing activities.
Jati – Jasmine – Jasminum grandiflorum – 0.40 % – It has anti-fungal and wound healing activities.
Daruharidra – Berberis aristata – 0.40 % – It has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial activities.
Haridra – Turmeric – Curcuma longa – 0.40 %
Haritaki – Chebulic myrobalan – Terminalia chebula – 0.40 % – It helps in reducing / stopping bleeding, swelling and promotes healing.
Karanja – Pongamia pinnata – 0.80 %
Katuki – Picrorhiza kurroa – 0.40 %
Lodhra – Symplocos racemosa – 0.40 %
Manjista – Indian madder – Rubia cordifolia – 0.40 %
Nimba – Neem – Azadirachta indica – 0.40 % – It helps to cleanse and heal wounds quickly.

Side effects of Pylsact Ointment

There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children. 
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
