Ingredients
Madhu – Honey – 37.00 % w/w – It is good for eyes, useful in eye diseases, improves vision.
Amalaki – Gooseberry – Emblica officinalis – 13.00 % w/w – It is helpful when someone is suffering from conjunctivitis or other eye infections. And enhances eye sight.
Haridra – Turmeric – Curcuma longa – 13.00 % w/w – It has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic actions.
Tulasi – Basil – Ocimum sanctum – 13.00 % w/w
Shatapatri – Rosa damascena – 11.00 % w/w – It has anti-septic, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
Vibhitaki – Terminalia bellerica – 6.50 % w/w
Ajamoda – Celery – Ptychotis ajowan – 6.00 % w/w
Karpoora – Camphor – Cinnamomum camphora – 0.50 % w/w
Preservative – Phenyl mercuric nitrate – 0.002 % w/w
Direction for use
Acute eye infection – instill 2 drops in the eyes 5-6 times a day.
Acute conjunctivitis – instill 2 drops in the eyes every hour.
Computer vision syndrome – 2 drops twice or thrice a day.
Other conditions – 1-2 drops twice or thrice a day.
Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
Side effects of Ophthacare Eye Drops
For eye instillation only.
Once opened should be used within a period of one month.
Should be discontinued if the eye irritation persists or increases and consult eye specialist.
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Seek your doctor’s advice for its usage during pregnancy.
This product can be safely used during lactation period and in children for a limited period of few weeks time.
