Dosage
Oligomenorrhoea – 1 capsule twice a day, 1 week before expected date of menstruation.
Amenorrhoea – 1 capsule twice a day till menstruation occurs. Or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
This product can be used for a period of 2 – 3 months of time, based on your doctor’s advice.
With Other Medicines
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Asoka – Saraca indica – 14.30 mg – It is an important Ayurvedic herb used mainly in bleeding gynecological conditions.
Kumari – Aloe vera – Aloe barbadensis – 14.30 mg – Menstrual regulator. Carrot – Daucus carota – 14.30 mg – Useful in Bleeding disorders such as nasal bleeding, heavy periods, etc.
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – 14.30 mg – It is used for body building, to relieve diseases of uro-genital system and as an aphrodisiac.
Hirabol – Commiphora myrrha – 14.30 mg
Hastidantha – 14.30 mg
Nishothara – Trivrit – Operculina turpethum – 14.30 mg
Krishna jeerka – Nigella sativa – 14.30 mg – Induces menstruation, useful in amenorrhea.
Rayana – 14.30 mg
Suva – Dill seed – Anethum sowa – 14.30 mg
Sargava – Drumstick – Moringa oleifera – 14.30 mg – Increases Pitta and vitiates blood.

Side effects, Do’s, Don’ts of Lunarex Forte Capsule
There are no known side effects with this medicine. However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision. Store in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do’s
Talk to your doctor if you have irregular vaginal bleeding for three or more menstrual cycles or if your symptoms are affecting your daily life. Do exercise and yoga every day. Maintain healthy weight. Get physically active. Increase your intake of iron loaded foods, such as green leafy vegetables, dried beans and peas, lean meats, citrus fruits and iron fortified cereals.
Don’ts
Avoid caffeinated beverages. Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol. Avoid mental and physical exertion.
